The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, body fluids, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. Perform or assist in building repairs such as, but not limited to, repairing brickwork, stonework, concrete, doors, screens, locks, floor and ceiling tiles, roofs and minor repairs to walls, floors, cabinets, etc.
