The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive electrical construction experience who can manage multiple crews, develop field leadership, anticipate project needs, and hold teams accountable to schedule, quality, and productivity expectations. This position works closely with Project Managers, General Foremen, Foremen, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirements.
