Skilled Framer (Residential New Construction) — Hiring 6 Company: SeaState Landscaping LLC Location: Southwest Florida (Sarasota/Manatee + surrounding areas) Openings:6 positions Job Type: Full-time Pay:$21.50–$25.00/hr (based on experience) + overtime as available Schedule: Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays as needed About the role We’re hiring Skilled Framers to join our residential new construction crew. We’re looking for people who can frame safely, accurately, and at production pace — and who take pride in clean, straight work. Responsibilities <ul><li>Frame residential structures: walls, floors, roofs, trusses, and sheathing</li><li>Layout and build walls, set openings, install headers, and square/brace walls</li><li>Install sheathing, blocking, backing, and hardware/straps as required</li><li>Read basic plans and follow layout/specs (or work from foreman direction)</li><li>Use and maintain tools safely (saws, nail guns, levels, lasers, etc.)</li><li>Keep job sites clean and follow safety procedures</li><li>Work as part of a crew to meet schedule and quality standards</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>1+ year framing experience (more is a plus)</li><li>Comfortable with layout, measuring, and cutting accurately</li><li>Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida conditions</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work (must be able to get to job sites)</li></ul> Nice to have (not required) <ul><li>Ability to read full plan sets</li><li>Experience with roof framing and setting trusses</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li></ul> What we offer <ul><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Opportunity to grow into lead/foreman roles</li><li>Overtime available as workload requires</li></ul> How to apply Reply with: <ul><li>Your framing experience (years + what you’ve framed: walls/roofs/trusses)</li><li>Best phone number</li><li>When you can start</li></ul>
