What You’ll Do:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Check in with the Production Manager each morning to review the day’s job and expectations</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Maintain a spotless jobsite and clean up thoroughly each day</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prep and deliver materials when needed</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and turn in all job completion documents and pictures.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Represent Total Remodeling’s standards and values on every job</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">A professional craftsman with remodeling experience</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Skilled in all phases of Framing, Decking, Carpentry, etc.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Highly organized, on time, and able to lift heavy materials</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">A clear communicator who works well independently and with a team</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Licensed and Insured (or prepared to meet those requirements)</li></ul>Our Core Values:<ol><li style="margin-left:8px">Team First We pitch in, step up, and ask “How can I help?” When the team wins, you win.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">People Matter We treat every customer and teammate with genuine respect and care. Store - Southbury, CTBuild customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for their art. Help customers shop our store and be able to find what they're looking for.
