Perform a wide variety of support tasks within the Supply Chain department to ensure efficient operations; Oversee Material Ship Directs, including coordination of shipping activities and maintenance of accurate shipment records; Manage the hardware process: receive, pick, track, and organize hardware inventory; oversee the install book process, including picking and staging install books for outbound shipment; Serve as a backup for daily logistics operations: booking trucks, following up with brokers, and processing shipping-related paperwork; Coordinate with external suppliers and internal departments to arrange internal freight shipments and manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) purchases related to warehouse and logistics; Prepare, print, and organize shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), customs forms, and other logistics-related paperwork; Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Logistics Manager or other leader to support the supply chain operations. High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; 2 years of previous experience in Supply Chain preferred; Other skills.
