Assists management with ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise displays and presentation, signing, and assortment in all departments, ensures sales floor is adequately stocked ensures that stock rotations and scheduled mark downs and implemented as per procedure. Key responsibilities include people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, training and development of store team members and opening and closing the store.
