This role requires a highly organized individual to support the accounting department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks and have a keen eye for detail.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assisting the accounting team with invoicing and other accounting duties, including vendor management within accounts payable.</li><li>Answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.</li><li>Supporting the accounting team in daily administrative tasks.</li><li>Ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency in basic accounting principles and procedures.</li><li>Experience with vendor management and accounts payable is preferred.</li></ul><h2>Required Work Hours</h2><p>The position is full-time, with work hours from Monday to Friday, aligning with first shift hours.</p><h2>Benefits</h2><p>Competitive compensation starting at a minimum pay of $17 per hour.</p><h2>Additional Details</h2><p>The role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with potential for growth within the company.</p><p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
