Leading a team of Product Line Managers and an operations support professional, you will strengthen established products, drive innovation, and improve profitability across mortars and additives, screeds, grouts, self-leveling underlayments, patching products, exterior mortars, caulks, sealants, and care and maintenance products. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to align product positioning, promotions, distribution strategies, operational plans, and key customer programs with business goals.
