<p>We are recruiting for a<strong> Key Account Manager</strong> who will serve as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to facilitate the efficient delivery of products and services. The Key Account Manager leads a cross-functional team that includes members from sales, engineering, purchasing and operations to provide excellent customer service and achieve program objectives for delivery, cost and quality.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manages customer programs from purchase order through final delivery, with a drive to provide Superior Customer Service .</li><li>Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery of current orders, projects, and new program launches.</li><li>Establishes and cultivates excellent internal and external customer relationships while serving as the primary interface with our customers to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information.  </li><li>Works with Engineering and Operations Teams to ensure quality products are produced per customer specifications.</li><li>Coordinates with internal and external teams to align ABT commitments with customer needs and deadlines. Works to remove roadblocks that could impact these commitments and elevates internally and externally where necessary.</li><li>Regularly communicates with and updates customers regarding program progress, delivery dates, and metrics.</li><li> Investigate  and resolve customer concerns, including return materials, pricing and delivery issues. Reconciling supporting data and systems to ensure customer satisfaction and clearing challenges when necessary</li><li>Creates, maintains and monitors Actions Register for each program to ensure timely resolution of all open actions.</li><li>Performs risk management and escalates to management appropriately.</li><li>Become fluent in purchase order requirements and/or long-term agreements in order to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards, processes and procedures.</li><li>Ensures that all technical communications and shipments to customers are in compliance with ITAR.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications/Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Documented technical experience</li><li>Experience reading and understanding technical drawings, designs, and specifications</li><li>Program Management experience</li><li>Ability to understand customer quality, commercial, and technical requirements</li></ul><p>We are recruiting for a<strong> Key Account Manager</strong> who will serve as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to facilitate the efficient delivery of products and services. <h1><strong>Interim Director of Accounting</strong></h1><p><strong>Position Title:</strong> Interim Director of Accounting<br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote or Hybrid (as applicable)</p><hr><h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2><p>The Interim Director of Accounting will lead the organization’s accounting operations with a primary focus on financial consolidations, SEC reporting, and ensuring strong compliance across all accounting functions. This role provides hands-on leadership during a transition period, supporting month- and quarter-end close activities, overseeing consolidation of multiple entities, preparing and reviewing external reporting, and driving accuracy and efficiency across the accounting function. Experience with Workday Financials is preferred but not required.</p><hr><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><h3><strong>Financial Consolidations</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead the consolidation process across multiple domestic and/or international entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.<li>Review subsidiary financials, intercompany activity, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments.<li>Ensure compliance with US GAAP consolidation guidance and internal controls.<li>Partner with FP&A, Treasury, and cross-functional teams to support consolidated reporting and analysis.</ul><h3><strong>SEC Reporting</strong></h3><ul><li>Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of all SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and supporting schedules.<li>Ensure financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosures comply with SEC requirements and GAAP standards.<li>Maintain processes for documentation, audit trails, and reporting controls.<li>Work closely with external auditors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy.</ul><h3><strong>Operational Accounting Leadership</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage general accounting operations including close processes, account reconciliations, journal entries, and internal controls.<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and support to accounting team members during the transition period.<li>Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting and reporting cycles and implement best practices.<li>Support audit activities and assist in addressing auditor questions and documentation needs.</ul><h3><strong>Systems & Process Optimization</strong></h3><ul><li>Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of financial systems used in consolidation and reporting.<li>Workday Financials experience preferred, including reporting, configuration navigation, and data extraction.<li>Partner with IT and Finance teams to optimize processes, reporting structures, and workflows.</ul><hr><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.<li>8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.<li>Demonstrated experience leading multi-entity financial consolidations.<li>Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, GAAP, and internal controls.<li>Workday Financials experience is a plus, but not required.<li>Exceptional analytical, communication, and documentation skills.<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</ul><br>Pay Rate: $100-125 / hour <br><br>Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
