You will operate at the intersection of legal, commercial, and operational teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and legal risk management, while supporting governance requirements and internal approval processes You will support the global business which may involve projects in Europe, the Middle East, and elsewhere. This support includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, financing agreements and strategic corporate alliances, as well as providing related legal advice for large and complex customer contracts, including new reactor development projects and related procurements.
