Job Description:

We are seeking Full Stack Software Engineers who are passionate about building products with automation on AWS and On-prem. This role will support the Digital team in automating business processes and build foundational frontend and backend applications on AWS. The Software Engineer, Full Stack will also collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community.

Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Engineers automated solutions, automated testing, monitoring and observability</li><li>Collaborates with product managers, cross functional teams, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions</li><li>Utilizes programming languages like React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, Open Source databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services, Windows PowerShell</li><li>Develops solutions for improving quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer and employee experience for business partners using automation technologies.</li><li>Demonstrates advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines and tools.</li><li>Leads resolution of production issues and engages IT and vendors as necessary.</li><li>May prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.</li><li>Works closely with Program owner and business units regarding enhancements and changes.</li><li>Collaborates with and across Agile teams.</li><li>Learns and leads implementation of new technologies by analyzing technical specifications, build and configure supporting infrastructure, and implementing security best practices.</li><li>Provides workday and after-hours production support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.</li><li>Leads root cause analysis of application issues and facilitates resolution by coordinating with the vendor, internal IT and users as appropriate.</li><li>Demonstrates advanced knowledge of version control systems like Git as well as the ability to manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code review processes effectively.</li><li>May provide technical assistance and mentoring to engineering team.</li></ul>

Education:

Work Experience:
<ul><li>5 years of experience in front end and back end development required</li><li>2 years of experience in Agile practices required</li><li>2 years of experience with React, Typescript and Node, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud required</li><li>Prior Experience designing and implementing of AI/ML-powered features to enhance automation, decision-making, and customer experience in agricultural finance applications, using tools such as Amazon SageMaker, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn preferred</li><li>Prior Experience productionizing ML models, integrating them into full-stack applications with scalable APIs and real-time inference pipelines preferred</li><li>Prior Experience leveraging generative AI to improve customer-facing tools, such as chatbots, document automation, and intelligent search capabilities preferred</li><li>Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills that enhance working with problems that are complex and often unique. Job Description:
Lead team/s who are passionate about building products with automation on AWS and On-prem, data with emerging technologies. Support build foundational SPA and BFF architecture on AWS and other digital products end to end development. What You'll Do:• Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies• Work with a team of developers with deep experience in building scalable patterns, distributed microservices, and full stack systems• Utilize programming languages like Node.js, React, Python and Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases and Cloud based data warehousing services such as Redshift• Share your passion for innovation and tech trends, learning new technologies, and mentoring other members of the team• Collaborate with product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help farm credit system customers

Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Works with IT leadership to resolve issues and implement new initiatives.</li><li>Determines current and future technology needs and leads overall technical direction for team’s capacity planning. <ul><li>8 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services required</li><li>8 years of experience in software engineering required</li><li>5 years React, Typescript and Node, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud required</li><li>Prior Experience working with industry standard identity and Access Management solutions like PingIdentity, Okta, etc. and integrating them into applications. required</li><li>Prior Experience in microservices architecture and container-based orchestration technologies including, Kubernetes and Docker required</li><li>Prior Experience building RESTful and graphQL apis required</li><li>Prior Experience Utilizing programming languages like React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, Open Source databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services required</li><li>Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle and related methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework.</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage a backlog of application development and maintenance work, estimating work tasks and forecasting level and mix of skills needed to support business objectives.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of business platforms and systems, methodologies, data governance, and reporting.
