Perioperative Nursing Clinical Coordinator also works collaboratively with auxiliary patient units and perioperative services personnel including OR Nurse Manager, Attending Surgeon staff, Central Processing Manager, Operating Room Materials Manager, and vendors to develop and manage all aspects of patient care, utilization of departmental personnel, fiscal responsibility, and material resources on the off-shift. Fiscal Management:o Is aware of the financial needs of their clinical service line.o Designs and implements actions to maintain fiscal responsibility of their clinical service line and the overall Operating Room operation.o Is proactive to assure all required items (implants, supplies, and personnel) are in place prior to the scheduled operative case.o
