Responsibilities + Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. + Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines. + Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. + Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment. + Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service. + All other duties as assigned. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. + Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks. + Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies + Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. + Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously. + Must be able to work around cleaning products. + Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily. + Residency within the service area required Ready to Join Us? <h2>Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Banking Domain (Temenos)</h2><h3>Location: Remote </h3><h3>Employment Type: Full-time</h3><hr/><h3>About the Role</h3>We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with proven experience in the banking and financial services industryand hands-on expertise with Temenos (T24 / Transact) systems. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful design, configuration, and delivery of banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.<hr/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Requirements Gathering & Analysis<ul><li>Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.</li></ul></li><li>Temenos System Expertise<ul><li>Analyze, configure, and support Temenos core banking modules (e.g., Retail, Lending, Payments, Deposits, Treasury, etc.).</li><li>Work closely with Temenos consultants and developers to implement and test system enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.</li><li>Support Temenos upgrades, patches, and parameterization efforts.</li></ul></li><li>Solution Design & Implementation<ul><li>Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions that align with business goals.</li><li>Review system architecture, data flows, and interface designs for consistency and performance.</li></ul></li><li>Testing & Quality Assurance<ul><li>Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts for system changes and new implementations.</li><li>Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.</li></ul></li><li>Stakeholder Communication<ul><li>Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors (including Temenos).</li><li>Prepare and present system documentation, process flows, and impact analyses.</li></ul></li><li>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve banking operations using Temenos capabilities.</li></ul></li></ul><hr/><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Experience:<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in the banking/financial services sector.</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact or related Temenos products.</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of core banking processes (e.g., deposits, loans, payments, customer information management).</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and API/integration design.</li><li>Experience with Temenos data models, TAFJ, TCIB, or Temenos Integration Framework (IF) is a strong advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.</li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.</li></ul><hr/><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of digital banking, open banking APIs, and fintech ecosystems.</li><li>Exposure to cloud-based Temenos deployments (e.g., Temenos SaaS).</li><li>Experience in managing cross-functional or vendor-led projects.</li><li>Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.</li></ul><hr/><h3></h3>Powered by JazzHR
