Candidates must Oversee end-to-end Oracle project implementations, upgrades, and migrations in financial environments, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proven experience managing Oracle ERP, database, and financial application projects. Experience in financial industries such as banking, insurance, or capital markets is highly desirable. Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification. Oracle certifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle applications, including Oracle Financials, E-Business Suite, or Fusion Cloud.
