Cascade provides structured onboarding, product training, sales leadership support, compliance resources, and cross-functional partnership with Operations to help experienced Loan Officers ramp quickly and succeed in our manufactured housing lending model. Unlike many traditional mortgage roles, this position is supported by dedicated Business Development Managers, a strong retailer referral platform, and one of the broadest manufactured housing product mixes in the industry, including chattel/home-only, land-home, non-QM, GSE, FHA, and VA programs.
