Deploy Team Members as required to meet business demands and make necessary staffing decisions • Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations • Follow all food safety, cash handling, and operations procedures and policies • Coordinate and participate in off-site program guest visits and deliveries Human Resources • Train and onboard new Team Members on both front- and back-of-house procedures • Provides constructive performance feedback to the store team members • Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new team members Business Management • Ensure proper financial accountability during each shift. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must also be able to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week through variable shifts (opening, mid-day, and closing) from week-to-week • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role • Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs throughout assigned shift • Comfortable periodically working in temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer) • High School diploma; some college, a plus • Computer literate and web-savvy • ServSafe certified, a plus • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook.
