What you'll do: The Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy outcomes, promote safe medication use, and support evidence-based clinical practice. may include educating patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on medication therapies; supporting medication safety and quality improvement initiatives; contributing to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, policies, and order sets; and serving as a drug information resource for the healthcare team.
