Responsibilities <ul><li> Lead on site construction oversight for ground up healthcare developments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence</li><li> Supervise daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors</li><li> Serve as the on site representative for ownership, maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines</li><li> Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes</li><li> Conduct quality control inspections and maintain accurate daily logs and reporting</li><li> Coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to approved budgets and schedules</li><li> Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects progressing efficiently</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li> 5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience with required healthcare project exposure</li><li> Proven experience delivering ground up surgery centers and emergency rooms</li><li> Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, cost control, and safety compliance</li><li> Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, contracts, submittals, and specifications</li><li> Proficiency in construction management platforms, Bluebeam Revu, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office</li><li> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li> Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
