Leads critical project management activities, including but not limited to scope management planning, requirements management planning, project schedule management, stakeholder management planning, risk management planning, procurement/subcontract management plans, cost/financial management plans, quality management plans, and communication management plans. Develops charters, scope management plans, stakeholder management plans, requirements management plans, risk management plans, project schedules, project cost management plans, and change management activities with input from multidisciplinary project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
