The Performance Marketing and Analytics (PM&A) Well-Managed team is a newly created, but vital, cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the marketing teams that support US Card acquisitions operate a well managed business through Process Level Assessments, Risk Management, Audit Support, Controls testing, Change Management, process documentation, risk assessments, and more. The team collaborates closely with support teams including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Supplier Management, external third parties (including external affiliates), strategic intent partners, and more to maintain our commitment to process management excellence.
