A law degree is strongly preferred, but direct and substantial experience may substitute; At least two (2) years of experience working with real estate and property tax records; Experience as a Title Examiner or similar in a real estate, mortgage, or tax setting; At least one (1) year of experience on litigation support projects including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys; Working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources, and thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent organization skills since all documents and notes must be maintained and organized for ready use and/or production to opposing counsel. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
