Serve as the primary strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the System Chief Financial Officer by coordinating executive priorities, managing Finance Division governance, facilitating leadership meetings, preparing Board of Trustees, Finance Committee, Executive Leadership Team, and executive presentations, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring accountability for execution of key organizational decisions. or B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field and 10-12 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in finance, healthcare administration, consulting, strategy, or organizational leadership supporting executive decision-making and enterprise-wide initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
