Provide one-on-one companion care and emotional support to seniors and older adults in the home setting• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily household tasks as needed• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and community activities• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the care team or Director of Nursing• Promote client independence, dignity, safety, and overall quality of life. • High school diploma or GED• Minimum one (1) year of formal caregiving experience preferred in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare setting• Current CPR certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray (assistance available if needed)• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow care instructions• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
