The Executive Director, IT Commercial is the bridge between the US Commercial organization and global IT, translating functional needs into an executable, governed technology portfolio, with stakeholder engagement spanning Market Access, Patients Operations, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Analytics & Operations, as well as Medical Affairs. Deliver the patient operations technology stack, including ATC portal, hub and patient services integrations, CRM, allocation and slot management, call center/telephony, and end-to-end patient and product journey tracking.
