Hands-on researcher able to independently plan, field, and analyze qualitative studies, usability tests, and experiments without reliance on external vendors, using tools such as Python or R for behavioral and telemetry analysis, usability-testing platforms (e.g., UserZoom), and survey, statistical, or experience management software (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS, Medallia) as needed.
