Experience with software development, open source licensing issues, including OSI-approved license compliance, OEM licensing; computer technology; familiarity with developer and marketplace agreements, including API terms, SaaS agreements, and platform policies. You are a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to understanding, and being able to address, legal and compliance questions in company products and business operations, and with respect to the vendor products and services that are critical components of company business operations and customer solutions.
