Deep subject matter expertise in Medicaid managed care, including state Medicaid policy, procurement and contracting, delivery system reform, quality and access priorities, and how policy interacts with product strategy across Medicaid populations such as LTSS, TANF, expansion adults, children and families, individuals with disabilities, and other eligibility groups. This leader guides clients through RFP readiness and response, growth, operational improvement, and state policy advocacy, drawing on real experience with state Medicaid agencies, managed care organizations, and the stakeholders around them.
