<h2 tabindex="0">Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | FT | Nashville, TN</h2>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the Nashville area. In this full-time role, the PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, support rehabilitation goals, and improve overall patient outcomes. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li tabindex="0">Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist</li><li tabindex="0">Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training to patients</li><li tabindex="0">Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist</li><li tabindex="0">Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention</li><li tabindex="0">Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards</li><li tabindex="0">Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and safety guidelines</li><li tabindex="0">Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions</li><li tabindex="0">Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for patients</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li tabindex="0">Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program</li><li tabindex="0">Current PTA license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li><li tabindex="0">CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li tabindex="0">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li tabindex="0">Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team</li><li tabindex="0">Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li tabindex="0">Previous clinical or outpatient experience preferred but not required</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li tabindex="0">Full-time (typically 36–40 hours per week)</li><li tabindex="0">Flexible scheduling may be available depending on clinic needs </li></ul>Benefits (if applicable):<ul><li tabindex="0">Competitive compensation</li><li tabindex="0">Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li tabindex="0">Paid time off and holidays</li><li tabindex="0">Career growth and development opportunities</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li tabindex="0">In-Home environment </li></ul>
