Under the general direction of nursing leadership and with provider collaboration and guidance, the Registered Nurse utilizes evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and policies and procedures of Hartford Healthcare Hospital Outpatient Departments (HODs) and Medical Group, in a variety of clinical settings. Provides nursing care nursing care within a non-acute setting in collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team and provider according to the patients physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.
