As a Field Service Engineer supporting Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), you work directly at customer substations and power facilities across the United States, providing technical support throughout all phases of project execution, including installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance, and handover. Working in Hitachi Energy's US High Voltage Service organization provides hands‑on exposure to advanced GIS technology, complex field service environments, and collaboration with experienced professionals supporting the US power grid.
