You will work with Technical Program Managers, Network Engineers, Design and Infrastructure Engineers, Field Engineers within Google, as well as construction and telecommunications vendors and contractors, all to position your team and organization for success. As a Network Implementation Engineer, you will be the initial point of our efforts to execute deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide.

This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>2 years of experience with network infrastructure, or deployment.</li><li>2 years of experience in server hardware and software, network hardware and software, data center infrastructure and operations, or mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>2 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology.</li><li>Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.</li></ul><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul><li>5 years of experience working in a technological field with rapid rates of technology change.</li><li>Experience with Construction Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Fiber OSP/ISP Engineering, or Project Management.</li><li>Experience with two or more of the following: server hardware and software, network hardware and software, data center infrastructure and operations, or mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Experience managing data center constraints, physical layouts, infrastructure, and standards (e.g., power, space, cooling, operations, and network).</li><li>knowledge in data networking architectures and physical network components.</li><li>Familiarity with network planning and engineering, including data center network engineering.</li></ul><div><h2>About the job</h2>As a Network Implementation Engineer, you will be the initial point of our efforts to execute deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide. We're involved in every facet of network delivery from architecture and design to installation, configuration, activation, and commissioning. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$149,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
