Lead the team in run-the-business activities, ensuring contract manufacturers meet quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals, and directing Product Health Reviews to drive continuous improvement across key performance metrics (e.g., yield, capacity, NPI transition). Partner with NPI leadership to integrate sustaining team insights into the manufacturing plan, Design for Excellence (DFx), and test strategy, and collaborate on risk mitigation to ensure predictable and scalable mass production.
