Are you a board-certified anesthesiologist with proven leadership experience ready to take the next step in your career? TeamHealth invites you to come lead our team as an assistant facility medical director (AFMD) in the suburbs of St. Louis in Belleville, Illinois We are the sole provider of anesthesia services at Memorial Belleville and Shiloh Hospitals. Memorial Hospital is a designated Magnate hospital affiliated with the BJC Health System. As an AMFD, you will help lead a team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to excellence, all while making a noticeable difference in the lives of our patients. TeamHealth's anesthesia services build stronger teams to improve operating room efficiency, deliver exceptional patient care and support our partners' success. Through LEAN-certified processes, evidence-based best practices, a national network of resources and seamless O.R. integration, we build successful care models that benefit patients, clinicians, and facilities. TeamHealth offers an exceptional compensation package, and a variety of health and wellness benefit options to choose from. The benefits package includes medical, dental and vision, life and disability, 401k, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, HSA, flexible spending, and resources for living (EAP).  Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $600,000 to $600,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives including AMFD stipend and Cardiac stipend if eligible. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include: 10 weeks PTO, professional liability insurance with tail coverage.
