Ensure all team members are properly trained and certified for the equipment and systems they service. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report key maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTTR, MTBF, PM completion rate, work order backlog).Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce operating costs. Experience5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (required).2+ years of supervisory or lead experience managing a maintenance team (required).Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations (preferred).Experience overseeing both equipment maintenance and facilities upkeep (preferred).
