Responsibilities: Assesses the competencies and training of nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified/State Tested Nursing Assistants. The RN Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating orientation, staff education and development programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
