Replace light fixture tubes; replace filters; clean mechanical spaces; repair electrical outlets, switches, fixtures and motors; repair walls, doors, windows, and ceilings; repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, and faucets; touch-up painting on equipment and structures; replace damaged paneling and floor tiles; repair or replace doors, hardware, and locks; repair or replace concrete and masonry; perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery; and assist journeymen trades with mechanical maintenance activities. Will be responsible to perform gen mtnc/repair of equip & bldgs using practical skill & knowledge of non-technical svcs such as painting carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work.
