Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA designation required5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably within asset management, investment management, or fund-based environmentsStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsExperience supporting private debt funds, fund accounting, or fund administration strongly preferredHands-on experience with cash management, reconciliations, and financial close processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearlyStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partnersProficiency with financial systems and Excel; experience with fund accounting platforms a plus.
