Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies. The role will lead and oversee financial reporting among the financial analysis team and support new business initiatives, system integrations, and other major change management impacting the FP&A team.
