f) Effective liaison with community mental health agencies, Senior and People with Disabilities Division, Veteran's Administration, potential providers, public and private hospitals, legal entities, substance abuse treatment programs and other socia service agencies. (c) Throughout the provision of Social Work services, the Social Worker adheres to social work values and ethics as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Clinical Social Workers.
