Supervise, develop, and maintain ongoing maintenance, and daily operations for the hotel and tower, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, life safety, preventive maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas, air/heating units, swimming pool, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc. Management of the Engineering and Security Team, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving issues.
