Under direct supervision, the technician performs routine preventive maintenance (PM), minor corrective repairs, daily inspections/walkthroughs, and general handyman services on dock doors, levelers, HVAC/coolers, fire/life safety equipment, security systems, generators, building management systems (BMS), warehouse infrastructure (cargo racks, heaters), plumbing/electrical within defined scope, and exterior/grounds maintenance. Execute minor building repairs including basic plumbing (drain cleanouts within 5 ft of fixture), electrical (outlet/switch replacement, bulb/ballast changes, minor appliance services), painting/touch-ups, lighting maintenance, and key making (when blanks/equipment available).
