Ensure program staff identify, assist in developing, testing and monitoring and troubleshooting the statewide case management system to support the administration of the program consistent with federal and state requirements and to ensure proper, timely and accurate file and data exchanges, processing of applications, payment processing and case management. Reporting to the Executive Deputy Commissioner for the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), the incumbent will provide overall leadership and direction, including all matters of policy and management to the Division of Child Support Services and its its efforts to reduce child poverty and strengthen New York families.
