Serve as a primary asset-management contact for internal teams, investors, lenders, utilities, regulators, vendors, and other stakeholders, coordinating across property management, asset management, development, engineering, and construction teams. Five to seven (5-7) years of demonstrated professional experience in renewable energy asset management, project management, green building development and/or operations; experience with solar, battery storage, EV charging, or multifamily/affordable housing assets preferred.
