<div style="font-family:'arial';font-size:11pt">Genesis10 is currently seeking an HRIS Analyst for a hybrid position with a Major Energy Company located in Tulsa, OK. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.This role focuses on supporting HR data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will partner with HR and IT to enhance system functionality, drive process efficiencies, and develop dashboards and reports to highlight key workforce insights. This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite per week.Responsibilities:<ul style="margin-top:4pt;margin-bottom:0"><li>Support HR data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to enable informed business decisions</li><li>Partner with HR and IT to enhance system functionality and drive process efficiencies across HR systems</li><li>Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations highlighting key workforce insights (e.g., demographics, turnover, engagement, compensation)</li><li>Perform analysis of HR data to identify trends and support decision-making on complex business issues</li><li>Build reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for HR and leadership stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with HR process owners to maintain data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems</li><li>Advise stakeholders on reporting capabilities and HR system functionality</li><li>Translate HR business requirements into system and data needs in partnership with IT</li><li>Support HR system and process projects, including system enhancements and third-party integrations, in partnership with IT</li><li>Conduct testing, audits, and validation of HR system functionality and data flows</li><li>Assist with change management activities related to HR system updates and process improvements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul style="margin-top:4pt;margin-bottom:0"><li>Preferred Bachelor's degree in related fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:</li><li>Experience related to HR processes and/or data</li><li>Experience and/or training related to Enterprise applications</li><li>Experience in identifying, researching, and analyzing systems software problems, and perform systems evaluation</li><li>Experience utilizing Oracle Cloud reporting, Power BI, advanced Excel functions, and SQL</li><li>Experience in reviewing system reports and creating correspondence</li><li>Experience executing multiple projects at a time while remaining organized and prioritizing effectively</li><li>Experience in researching, preparing and composing systems operating procedures and documentation, reports, and correspondence</li><li>Experience communicating effectively with various populations</li><li>Experience developing and presenting information to individuals and groups</li><li>Demonstrated ability with application of arithmetic and computer math</li></ul>Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
