Under the general direction of the TRIO Director, the Associate Director manages the daily activities and resources for (2) TRIO Student Support Services (Aspire) grants serving 280 students annually (Classic-160, STEM-120) designed to increase the retention and graduation rates of eligible participants (low income and/or first-generation students, or students with disabilities). Manage service delivery model to provide optimum services which are responsive to the shifting needs of the student populations (280 eligible students and KSC general population)· Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of services, activities, and workshops to promote the achievement of project objectives and outcomes as defined in the grant application.
