Lead and oversee legal support, counsel and advice to Executive Management, Senior Management, Management and staff on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters concerning operations, systems planning, market services, compliance, accounting and information systems that affect the planning, transmission and/or sale of energy and ancillary services, credit, finance, policies and procedures, and document retention in order to ensure that PJM makes business decisions with full knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory considerations. Through leadership and teamwork, the Associate General Counsel assures appropriate legal interests are achieved in a manner consistent with evolving Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") policies, applicable state utility regulations and PJM's Core Values.
