Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experienceIn lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business with significant portions managing IT projects or technology deployment projectsCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively in progress of obtaining2+ years previous work experience in project support of similar experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Direct and manage delivery of projects from beginning to end, including creation of the Project Charter and Project Plan, leading team calls, tracking tasks and issues in an Action Log, tracking milestones and deliverables, performing risk management and contingency planning, and conducting lessons learned meetings at the end of projectsEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
