Primary daily duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Supporting spa efforts to increase memberships and overall revenue growth by: Learning current and upcoming deals, discounts, and promotions to sell memberships and gift cards; Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas; and, Leveraging ongoing formal and informal sales and service trainings, scripts, and other company resources to remain successful.
