How you Will make a difference Our Unit Managers (LPN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Overview The ideal candidate would have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions. How you Will make a difference <ul><li>Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if deemed necessary. </li><li>Conduct day-to-day operation of Business office including: managing Budgets, Records, or etc. </li><li>Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident. </li><li>Maintain vital statistics within the facility (Census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, etc) </li><li>Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process. </li><li>Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported. </li></ul> What you Need to make a Difference <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Relevant Experience working in a Long Term Care environment. </li><li>1-2 years of Supervisory/Management experience </li><li>High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. </li></ul>  MUST have experience in prior business office in healthcare, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/ Cash collections. Must have flexibility with hours.
