Performs various tasks such as: welding, metal fabrication, carpentry, masonry, framing and drywall, suspended ceilings, tile work, ceramic floor and wall/ vinyl flooring/ etc. Perform general maintenance tasks as a member of the crew working with carpenters, electricians, lock smiths, plumbers, roofers, painters, and HVAC technicians.
